1. Is it possible to schedule a delivery time?
We strive to meet our customers needs, however we have routes that we run, so during season it’s almost impossible to schedule a time you need.

2. Can we pick up our order at the store instead of delivery?
Absolutely. If you are picking up a crib or a jogging stroller, you need to have enough space to fit the crib in your vehicle.

3. When you deliver, do I need to be present?
If you have a home here, it makes it easy for us to come and setup the crib or drop off any other items you selected. If you can’t be present, we can put the equipment in an area easy for you to bring in to the property. We are well established in this area and work with many of the rental companies. So if you rent a home or unit for your visit, just supply us with the rental company number and we will work with them to have the items inside prior to your arrival.

4.What’s the best way to place our order and when should we place it?
You can either place your order online, come in to the store or place it over the phone at (941)-473-3776. Especially during season you should place your order as soon as possible as our equipment is sent out on a first come first serve basis. We strive to have enough items to ensure you have what you need but we can never gauge the amount of traffic that can come at any given time.

5. Do your car seats meet state guidelines?
Yes. All of our car seats meet Florida State requirements and no seats can be used outside of their expiration dates. We take your child’s safety extremely serious and will always meet required guidelines. 6. Will you install the car seats for us?
Unfortunately due to insurance, we are not allowed to install or advise you on installing the seats. No exceptions will be made.

Please keep in mind, if you reserve it and it leaves our store, regardless of if you used it or not over the time you rented it, you are responsible to pay for it, even if we have “plenty” of inventory.  If it’s something once you take from our store and you decide it’s not something you will use you need to bring it back immediately and we will charge you accordingly.
